Application Process
The application deadline has been extended until April 15, 2010 (as long as spaces are available).
Applications and Admissions to all Faculty of Education Graduate programs are done through the UOIT Graduate Studies Office. For more information on how to apply, please consult the Office of Graduate Studies website. To apply now, please click on Application Forms (link opens in a new window).
Important Notice to all applicants
Please ensure that you have clearly indicated on your application (for MEd) whether you wish to take the Project or Portfolio option. Any applications received without a choice clearly marked, will be assigned to Portfolio as the default decision.
If you are applying to the MEd with Project or the MA, you will need to ensure that a description of your interest area (or specific topic if known) is included in the "Statement of Interest". This will allow the Faculty of Education to ensure that we have proper faculty supervision for your project (MEd) or thesis (MA).
The MEd and MA programs have two intakes each year, July and September.
Students enrolled in the Graduate Diploma program may start during any of the four terms (July, September, January or May) as long as spaces are available.
Please note that an admission interview may be required as part of the apllication process.
