Claudette Antoine

Claudette Antoine has been an educator with the Scarborough Board and the Toronto District Board of Education for 33 years before her retirement in 2003.

Claudette has had varied experiences. These include being an elementary school teacher, consultant in Reading, ESL and Gifted education, administrative assistant in Special Education, vice-principal and principal. Claudette has authored Reading and ESL documents for her school board. She has also been a Course Director and Instructor for The Reading Specialist course and ESL Part 1 at York University, The University of Toronto and the Ministry of Education.

Claudette enjoys travelling, cooking, reading and fitness.
