Field Experience Welcome

Welcome to the Field Experience section of the Faculty of Education at UOIT. Field Experience is an essential component of each Teacher Candidate's program. It is the role of the Practicum Office staff to build partnerships between our Teacher Candidates and the eleven school boards that we are currently working with. Through collaborating with our school boards, the goal of the Practicum Office staff is to ensure that each Teacher Candidate is provided with the opportunity to successfully experience the day-to-day realities of teaching in a school setting.

Throughout your time at UOIT, you will be supported by the Field Experience staff:
